Egg-free Salmon Patties
wait for the weekend and ...
... in that short space of time that my new family gives me, I create, launch new projects, knitted drawing, reading ... even close my eyes at work or on the book ... like never before this time I would like to spend time alone with myself, I charge and I can regenerate. Silence accompanies me, and I focus on the knitting is a blessing to stretch your thoughts!
morning I devoted a morning to myself and a friend of mine, we went looking for a bit 'of wool for our creations. How nice to be so carefree, browse through the market stalls and find what you're looking for, come back with bags full of warm and colorful wool and think about the thousands of projects to be launched! and despite not having slept the sleep that night, I immediately felt better!
Meanwhile, my study on the flowers di bach continua, fra un po' dovrebbe arrivarmi tutto il kit completo con le tinture madri così potrò cominciare a fare altre combinazioni oltre a quelle che sto già prendendo: Olive, per la stanchezza fisica, Hornbean, per la stanchezza mentale, Walnut per i troppi pensieri che frullano nella testa, Water violet, per la solitudine che spesso si trasforma in un sentirsi superiori agli altri.
Questo libro è veramente completo e oltre a spiegare tutti i tipi di fiori, aiuta molto anche a capire meglio chi ci sta di fronte e quali fiori poter dare per aiutare gli altri; infatti Bach voleva che ci si potesse aiutare tra di noi, non solo i medici ma anche le persone comuni potevano aiutare il prossimo with these flowers. ... yet another of this long winter, put a child and a mother a little 'bored looking for some activities ...
put a poster with the letters of the alphabet, looking to cut out all colored ...
and here is our little work on Sunday ...
The poster I found in the center in a beautiful store cards ...

and .. poi dei cartoncini neri della stessa misura per rendere le carte un po' più rigide...ora ho deciso anche di ricoprirle con della plastica trasparente, di quella che si usa per foderare i libri, così da proteggerle da eventuali "incursioni mangerecce" di Tommy!
E per finire..il mio tiramisù!
Ingredienti: 3 pacchetti di savoiardi, 3 uova, 250 gr di mascarpone, 100 gr di zucchero, una bella ciotola di caffè allungato con un po' di latte et voilà!!
Buona settimana splendente a tutti!

Dopo tre sconfitte esterne consecutive la Virtus riesce a strappare il referto rosa lontano dalle mura amiche e lo fa contro un'ottima squadra e su un campo difficile come quello di Castelnuovo Scrivia
Lunati e compagni hanno giocato nel complessa una buona partita anche se due momenti di calo (nel secondo e all'inizio dell'ultimo periodo) hanno seriamente rischiato di compromettere il risultato.
L'avvio vede i verbanesi andare subito avanti, toccando per due volte il +7 nel secondo periodo, ma i padroni di casa non si lasciano intimidire e a metà solo due punti dividono le due squadre. Nel terzo periodo nuovo allungo dei biancoblu ma questa volta la reazione di Castelnuovo è ancora più decisa e la Virtus finisce sotto anche di 6 punti a quattro minuti dalla fine. Qui però scatta quella scintilla che in altre occasioni era mancata e con ordine e intelligenza la Virtus riesce a recuperare e operare l'allngo decisivo che vale il 66-69 finale.
Venerdì la Virtus sarà attesa da un'altra partita molto impegnativa: al Palazzetto di Verbania arriva il Borgosesia di Thomas Branca, attualmente quarto in classifica.

A weekend with flowers
Questo weekend sono stata impegnata in un bellissimo corso sui fiori di bach tenuto da una naturopath.
was a bit 'I wanted a more thorough approach to this subject. Years ago I tried to use them, I also read something but then it was still a bit 'there .. stop. I also attended several courses in naturopathy, but then the pregnancy, birth of Thomas had left the conversation. Perhaps now is the time to revive this knowledge. Here is that this course has proved very useful, especially at a time like this I feel very tired, both emotionally and physically, a bit 'demotivated and I find it hard to get going every morning. The flowers can give us practical help in these cases. I also found a combination of flowers for Tommy that lately seems to be very nervous e come al solito ha male i dentini...
Intanto ha ripreso a fare brutto e dopo una settimana di sole splendente e rinvigorente ecco di nuovo la pioggia e le nuvole grige che mi mettono un'apatia addosso...
Vi auguro una settimana energica....
